I believe with all my heart and soul that your child’s soul found YOU for a reason. They are a perfect match for your soul and you are for their soul. Your child came to this world to become someone. They came here to grow, evolve, learn, fall, make mistakes and share their unique essence. They need someone to care for and guide them on that path. Who better to do that than you? No one!! It’s not random that you came together in this life. I believe that nothing is random. Everything is sent to us to move us toward our highest potential and souls purpose. If you are open to this concept, you will begin to see guidance, signs and messages from the Universe, guides and angels. A course in Miracles says, “If you knew who walks beside you on the path that you have chosen, fear would be impossible.” It means you are always supported and guided through life, but you have to ask for the support and be open to it.

You And Your Childs Unique Path And Connection

So, what does this all mean? It means that all the challenges you face with your child are a mirror reflecting to you how you need to change, grow and evolve. It’s your child’s soul guiding you towards healing. The trick is you must be able to pause and not react when you feel triggered by them. Take a breath and look for the lesson and growth. Walk away if you must. Journal, slow down, reflect and then connect with them. The more you practice this the easier it will be. And the more you practice this, the deeper your connection with your child will be.

The same goes for your child. You and all your flaws, challenges and things you need to overcome are the perfect pair for their soul. They found you so their soul could use you as a mirror to guide them through their challenges in life. You came together for a reason. It’s all perfect and beautiful. Rest easy knowing messing up is ok. It’s the only way to learn grow and evolve. It makes you stronger and more resilient; if you are conscious of them, your mistakes can be deeply healing. We are here to be guided by our kids. They teach us constantly. Be open to their guidance and shower them and yourself with love.

You Are Perfection

Just remember, you are perfect the way you are. And you are the best parent to your child. If you find yourself comparing yourself to people on social media, your friends or anyone for that matter, throw it all away. You are perfection. The world needs you, just the way you are. Your family needs you just the way you are right in this moment. Continue to learn, grow, and transform every day. Change is important, but not to be like someone else. To be the best version of YOU. I hope you hold this in your heart and believe it. You are the magic your kids need.
